Hi there!

We are so pleased that you have found this free resource. It has been designed to help you get into the practice of undertaking a monthly CEO Review & Renew process.

We have noticed that many coaches and helping professionals are sometimes very focused on working in their business (e.g., doing client-based work) and sometimes avoid working on their business (e.g., business strategy, reviewing data and trends, budgeting, goal setting and implementation).

We sometimes get so focused on our clients, that we forget to put our CEO hats on to strategically review, plan and renew our vision, goals, intentions and priorities in order to manage and grow our businesses.

Many of us also deliberately avoid this process out of fear – we “bury our head in the sand” as we worry that undertaking such a process will assist our inner critic, shine a spotlight on undesirable results, and prevent us from moving forward in our businesses.

It doesn’t have to be this way though. We can show up as CEOs every month and review our business without the judgment – with a gentle and curious mind – to inform our focus and strategy moving forward. When we show up in such a way, while being kind to ourselves, we can gain so much clarity, insight, and focus in building our businesses.

We have therefore created this free resource to encourage you to make space for showing up with your CEO ‘hat’ monthly to review the previous month and renew your focus for the month ahead.

You can undertake this process no matter where you are at in your business – how new or experienced you are.

We hope you find the free resource super useful!

All the best,

Naomi Arnold & Cameron Airen
