CEO REVIEW & RENEW WORKBOOK & RESOURCE

If you do not have a document that you review monthly as part of your CEO Review & Renew time – this workbook might be the perfect place to start.

It will take you through the steps of creating your own CEO Review & Renew process – and provides a spreadsheet template that you might like to use and make your own.

Once you have customised your own template, we can update it together each month during our CEO Review & Renew sessions together.

Please note: If you do not get time to do this ahead of our first call together – this is 100% okay. You might choose to use that time together on the call to go through these documents and create your customised template!

During our first CEO Review & Renew Call:

  • Nai introduced us to the purpose of these calls, explained how the process might look different for each of us, and how this first call will differ from future CEO Review & Renew Calls.
  • We then spent approx 45 minutes working privately on creating and customising our CEO Review & Renew processes using the resource and template at the top of this page.
  • We closed the call by updating each other on our progress, the parts of our structure we customised, the things we struggled with and next steps.
  • Naomi finished by updating members on what to expect on our next CEO Review & Renew Call and what to expect on our upcoming Client Attraction Working Bee.
